Business Development Manager / Property Manager for Factors Direct.
Your key duties will include:
To expand existing business in Scotland central belt, promoting Factors Direct. Acting as the main point of contact for property owners, delivering a professional factoring service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Liaising with property managers in house
- Co-ordinating repairs to communal areas
- Managing planned maintenance works
- Meeting owners in the office and on-site including conducting AGM’s
- Responding in a professional manner to a high volume of daily calls and emails
- Carrying out regular visits to developments to ensure high standards of work/service provision
- Supervising and mentoring Trainee/Property Managers
- Intimating insurance claims for common areas
- Resolving complaints
- All connected administration – communicating effectively via email and phone calls
Candidates should have experience in Property Management, ideally within a Factoring environment although other property backgrounds will be considered. It’s important that you are career driven, well-presented and articulate with service driven approach and strong communication skills, problem solving and organisational skills and a driving licence.
Permanent post, flexible working, one day must be in office, 9-5, Occasional attendance at evening meetings. excellent benefits package including healthcare, 36.5 days holiday, welfare package, private health insurance.
