Celebrating One Year at Factors Direct: A Message from Gemma Waters, MD

As we celebrate our first anniversary at Factors Direct, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to our incredible team, partners, and most importantly, our clients. This year has been an exhilarating journey of growth, innovation, and dedication. We’ve worked tirelessly to transform the property factoring landscape across Central Scotland, focusing on proactive maintenance, client-focused service and most importantly, strong communication. We have doubled our portfolio size since starting up and now manage properties in Glasgow and surrounding areas, Edinburgh, Currie, Fife, Argyll & Bute, West Dunbartonshire, and Callander.
