Meet the Managing Director – Rob Armstrong –
Rob has worked within the Property Factoring and Facilities Management sectors since 1998 and has managed properties and projects of differing scales and challenges over the years in varying roles.
Having worked with factoring companies from the smaller firms to the very largest nationwide ones, he brings a wealth of experience of the requirements of managing high value properties with many different challenges leaving him well placed to guide owners through most problems that come up, big or small.
He has always thrived being involved in situations where he can bring the personal touch and work with his clients to achieve a positive outcome wherever possible. He also has a passion for historic buildings and architecture and enjoys the challenges of projects involving Glasgow tenements and townhouses in particular.
Whilst property factoring is a constantly evolving sector with many companies happy to leap at technical innovations in order to automate the service as much as possible, we feel that there is a healthy balance between putting the best systems in place to improve convenience for our clients in this fast moving world whilst retaining the core values of personal interaction and building lasting relationships. We like to meet with our clients and find out what’s important to them wherever possible.
Unlike, utility suppliers or insurance services where the trend is to swap out for the best deal every year, Factoring is one of those unique services where we hope to be with our clients for many years, working collaborative with them to help them both retain the value of their most valuable asset and to ensure that their home remains a desirable place to live, raise families and everything in between. Its important to us that we don’t lose the personal touch behind the veneer of live chats and FAQ’s.
Additionally, we recognise that many people will contact us for assistance following damage to their property or some other unexpected event and its important to us that during these often uncertain or dramatic experiences, that you are able to speak to someone who will put you at ease and assure you that you are in safe hands.
Away from the office, Rob unwinds by climbing mountains and loves basketball.
